Challenge #17 - Last Challenge of the Year

I'm sad to say this is the last challenge of 2009 and everyone here at Inspiring Inkin' Challenges have had a great time doing all these challenges and we hope you have to. This fortnight's challenge is to make a matching Christmas gift set, conprising of a card, gift tag and a Box in a Bag. The instructions for the Box in a Bag can be found here on Splitcoast Stampers. The side twist is to use one of the new ribbons in the 2009-10 Stampin' Up catalogue.

This is Elaine's set, using stars as her focus - a perfect image for this time of year.

This is a close up of her card...

And what the inside of the card looks like. It's just great how the star on the inside fits perfectly through the hole.

Recipe:

Stamps: Spotlight on Christmas, Winter Post

Papers: Christmas Jingle, Old Olive, Real Red, Whisper White

Accessories: Square scallop punch, Scallop circle punch, 1 3/8" circle punch, large star punch, eyelet border punch, white gel pen, Dazzling Diamonds, 1 1/4" Old Olive striped grosgrain ribbon, silver elastic cord

Here's my set using up some scraps from my left over Christmas Jingle scrapping kit.
